On SATURDAY 10th MARCH:
Musicians arrive at 1pm
ALL cast arrive at 2pm in costume at St Peters in the Forest.
Those parents who have offered to help with cast that day will stay. All other parents please go and come back to collect your children at 5pm.
We will need you to sign your children in and out.
Please bring any food/drink for your children. There will no longer be Tea/coffee and biscuits at rehearsal.
On SUNDAY 11th MARCH:
Musicians arrive at 1.30pm
ALL cast arrive at 2pm in costume at PETERHOUSE Centre, this is the community centre on Forest Rise. Cast will be brought from Peterhouse Centre to the church for their scenes.
Those parents who have offered to help with cast that day will stay. All other parents please go and come back to collect your children at 5pm.

ALL cast arrive at 3.30pm in costume at PETERHOUSE Centre, this is the community centre on Forest Rise. Cast will be brought from Peterhouse Centre to the church for their scenes.
Those parents who have offered to help with cast that day will stay. All other parents please go and come back to collect your children at 7.30pm. YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO TAKE YOUR CHILD FROM THE CHURCH AFTER THE PERFORMANCE.
We will need you to sign your children in and out at Peterhouse.

There are 2 performances on this day:
4.30 and 6.30pm we expect each performance to last about an hour. The performers will remain in Peterhouse when they are not onstage.

We are looking for people to help us collect tickets on the door and sell merchandise on Saturday 17th March at both performances (2 for each show) if you can help please let us know. You’ll be able to stand and watch the show after all tickets are taken.
