2019 Rehearsal Scheduled

These are estimates for now and will be updated / confirmed after the sign up weekend

Weekly rehearsals will take place as follows:

Saturdays 

2-3pm – Years 1&2
3-4pm – Years 3&4
4-5pm – Years 5&6

Sundays 

2-4pm – secondary school aged performers

Tuesdays

7.30-9pm – adult rehearsals

Wednesday (RAW ONLY)

5:30- 6:45pm (@ The CentrE17)

Wednesday (Chior17 ONLY)

7.00 – 8:30pm (@ The CentrE17)

 

All rehearsals will take place at St Peters in the Forest church unless otherwise stated

There will be no rehearsals during half term (16th Feb -24th Feb inclusive)

Dress Rehearsals and Performance

On SATURDAY 10th MARCH:
Musicians arrive at 1pm
ALL cast arrive at 2pm in costume at St Peters in the Forest.
Those parents who have offered to help with cast that day will stay. All other parents please go and come back to collect your children at 5pm.
We will need you to sign your children in and out.
Please bring any food/drink for your children. There will no longer be Tea/coffee and biscuits at rehearsal.
On SUNDAY 11th MARCH:
Musicians arrive at 1.30pm
ALL cast arrive at 2pm in costume at PETERHOUSE Centre, this is the community centre on Forest Rise. Cast will be brought from Peterhouse Centre to the church for their scenes.
Those parents who have offered to help with cast that day will stay. All other parents please go and come back to collect your children at 5pm.
We will need you to sign your children in and out.
Please bring any food/drink for your children. There will no longer be Tea/coffee and biscuits at rehearsal.

Musicians arrive at 3.30pm

We are looking for people to help us collect tickets on the door and sell merchandise on Saturday 17th March at both performances (2 for each show) if you can help please let us know. You’ll be able to stand and watch the show after all tickets are taken.

NOTE- this is the last day for SECONDARY aged performers to drop off costumes, at the church, for customising on Sunday.

If you do not drop off on this sat we’ll assume you’ll drop off/help customise yourself between 11-1pm on Sunday 25th Feb at CentrE17 (you will need to be back at St Peters for rehearsal at 2pm)

Info for all:

Dress rehearsal weekend is 10th/11th March:

All needed 2-5pm on both days.

Performances will be at 4.30 and 6.30 on 17th and 18th March:

All needed 3.30-8ish (depending on running time) on both days.

Parents of reception – Yr 6 children will probably need to stay on Sat 10th March.

We intend for you not to stay on Sunday 11th March

HOWEVER, we will need large numbers of adult support backstage for childcare during dress rehearsals and performances, so someone will be at rehearsals from now on asking for volunteers to sign up.
